Advice on Low Fat Diet Stands

Only in the last paragraph does the author address the real issue, in focusing on reducing fat content, low fat foods replaced the flavor containing, satiating fat with sugar. Balancing fat with the right amount of carbohydrate is more beneficial than excluding fat. Moderate amounts of saturated fats in real foods are better than transfats and processed foods. Low fat diets don’t work.
