This gift card pays for a one hour appointment as a new patient. The appointment will include a taking a full medical history and a thorough assessment.
The recipient should telephone the clinic to book their appointment and bring the email containing the gift card and coupon code to their appointment. Coupons cannot currently be used to make online bookings.
